Five reasons withdrawals get stuck (in order of frequency)

1. KYC is incomplete

This is by far the most common cause. You can play without finishing KYC, but you cannot withdraw. Required documents:

  • PAN card (clear photo, both sides if back has data)
  • Bank passbook OR canceled cheque OR a stamped UPI confirmation
  • Selfie holding the PAN card (some platforms ask for this)

Submit via Settings → KYC. Approval usually within 24–72 hours.

2. Welcome-bonus wagering not yet met

If you used the ₹500 welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount the required number of times before the bonus + bonus winnings convert to withdrawable balance. Check the wagering progress bar in your wallet. Until it shows 100%, only your real money deposit is withdrawable.

3. Name mismatch between PAN and bank account

4. Withdrawal requested outside business hours

  • Multiple accounts on the same device or IP

If flagged, the withdrawal pauses until manual review. Submit a ticket with subject “Withdrawal flagged — manual review request”.

How to check the actual status

  1. Open Wallet → Withdrawal History.
  2. Find your withdrawal. Status will be one of: Pending, Processing, Approved, Paid, or Rejected.
  3. If Approved but money not in bank: the platform has paid out. Wait up to 24 hours for bank-side settlement, then contact your bank with the transaction reference number, not Daman support.
  4. If Pending for >24 hours: submit a support ticket.
  5. If Rejected: the reason is shown on the same screen. Address the reason and resubmit.
